Key Activities

Conception, collaboration and management of global HR projects to optimize and further expand our digitalization in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
Managing our external service providers
Identifying and implementing process automation and optimization within HR and payroll services, as well as quality management processes
Further development of our strategic HR digitalization concept
Supporting planned releases and implementations and coordinating test phases

Desired Profile

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, human resources, IT or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ideally in Employee Central, ESS/MSS, Compensation and/or Reporting
Business fluent in English
Quick comprehension as well as solution and service orientation
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
