Overview: PM-PMT defines and creates new processes, that are efficient and complying by using modern methods and implementing tools for our customers. This person`s focus is the Value Stream Product to Production to enable Project and Portfolio Management while understanding the links to the rest of the company.

Key Activities

  • Design and improve PM processes and methods, considering the involved departments and stakeholders as well as current standards
  • Conduct trainings and offer support related to process changes
  • Conceptional and operational steering of external service providers
  • Offer support during implementation of process changes into projects
  • Collect and further develop key figures and evaluations as well as creating reports and dashboards, deriving, and implementing corrective measures
  • Participation in workstreams for the further development of Business Management System
  • Main interface in the organization related to Project Management process

Desired Profile

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Relevant professional experience as Project Manager
  • Good understanding of Project Management methods and project lifecycle - Professional experience in Processes, Methods and Tools is desirable
  • Familiar with configuration- / versioning regulations in automotive environment (A-SPICE, IATF, AIAG)
  • Ability to analyze complex and process-related problems, derive measures, prepare, communicate and implement results
  • Customer focused, working proactively and responsibly
  • Ready to negotiate using internal resources in a matrix-based Organization
  • Team player with an open-minded attitude
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal in English; German language skills a big plus!
  • Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks
  • Strong IT skills (e.g., Project Office, SharePoint, Office 365, MS Power Platform)
