Overview: We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate, coach and create self-organizing, flexible Software Teams to maximize their productivity during Agile Sprints.

Key Activities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure user stories are well defined, sized and prioritized
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SCRUM framework and integrate SAFe practices
  • Coach and monitor the team on best usage of Agile mindset, principles and ways of working.
  • Consult with team members and internal/external stakeholders to identify and implement optimal solutions
  • Balance and track the team commitments and scope by supporting estimations and sub-tasks creation
  • Promote continuous improvement by driving retrospectives and facilitating the implementation of actionable improvements
  • Align roadmaps, prioritize requirements, manage timelines, support problem solving and coach team members on Agile methodologies( SAFe framework)

Desired Profile

  • University Degree (Electronics, Computer Science, Informatics)
  • Previous Experience as Software Developer or QA Engineer is preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile best practices
  • 2+ years experience of applying Agile frameworks and methodologies for a new team (e.g. Scrum)
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in understanding software lifecycle processes and a commitment to maintaining architecture, requirements, code base, testing, and documentation
  • Ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones and cultures
  • Relevant Agile certification( SAFe framework is a plus)
